MASSIVE LOYALTY UPDATE!
Diners Now Earn and Burn Brandollars, Without Ever Leaving Your Magic App
For many venues, owning the customer experience for loyalty and having it all branded your way is essential. You can now seamlessly view, earn, and redeem (burn) your Brandollars within the Magic App ordering flow. You’ll need three things - all of which we are here to help you with: Liven Loyalty, a Liven Magic App, and OrderUp or OrderUp Blue for digital ordering.
There is no need to log in to the Liven app or be redirected elsewhere. The loyalty experience is now fully integrated, frictionless, and occurs natively on your Nomnie Magic App.
What’s New
Customers see their Brandollar balance during checkout, without logging into anything else
They can redeem (burn) Brandollars on the spot
They see what they’ll earn from their order, before confirming it
Earned Brandollars are instantly credited right after payment
Works across both login and Nomnie flows — no break in experience
All inside your fully branded, whitelabelled Magic App
This update gives you full ownership of how customers earn and burn Brandollars — no redirects, no app-switching. Just a cleaner, faster path to value, delivered entirely within your brand.

Split Opening Hours, Now Also on OrderUp Mobile App

Split opening hours are now available in the OrderUp Blue mobile app, expanding on our earlier desktop release. Merchants can now manage multiple daily time slots directly from mobile, with real-time updates and full scheduling control. For venues with lunch/dinner shifts or mid-day breaks, this means more accurate store availability, fewer rejected orders, and a smoother customer experience — all managed on the go.
ABACUS IMPROVEMENTS
Tipping Made More Visible at Checkout in OrderUp Blue
If customers weren’t tipping as often as they could — it wasn’t because they didn’t want to, but because the option wasn’t clearly visible. Tips were tucked behind a button, easy to miss. This update for OrderUp Blue changes that. With a new automatic pop-up at checkout, tipping is now front and centre — simple, seamless, and more likely to be used.
Feature Highlights:
Automatic Popup at Checkout – Tip prompt appears instantly on the checkout screen
Predefined & Custom Tip Options – Customers can choose or enter their amount
Popup Dismissible – Easy to skip without disruption
Persistent “Leave Tip” Button – Still accessible after dismissing the popup
Improved UX – Tipping becomes a natural part of the checkout flow
WECHAT AT CHECKOUT IN SINGAPORE
Singapore Merchants Can Now Accept WeChat Pay at Checkout
Nomnie Pay now allows merchants to process online payments with a broader choice of payment methods. Most notably, this includes WeChat Pay, a key payment method in Singapore that wasn’t previously available.
Merchants in Singapore can now offer WeChat Pay at checkout with no extra setup, making it easier to reach more customers, especially those who prefer mobile-first payment options.
